NEW YORK — TouchTunes, an interactive out-of-home entertainment network, has announced that the company will greatly accelerate and fully fund the national build-out of its Barfly on-location TV advertising network, targeting 20,000 locations in the U.S. by the end of 2009. The expansion plans come in response to Barfly’s great market success and acceptance since being acquired by TouchTunes in August 2008.
