HARRISBURG, Penn. — AIM Digital Visions has installed a digital sign network in the Strawberry Square complex in downtown Harrisburg. The network consists of large-format professional display panels broadcasting news, weather, Strawberry Square tenant information and third party advertising.
Strawberry Square is Harrisburg’s only downtown-enclosed shopping complex. It features two high-rise office towers and blends shopping with entertainment and recreational attractions on the first two floors. More than 40 national, regional and local retailers, offering high quality merchandise are located in the square and in the Shops on Third Street. Included on the second level of the atrium is the International Food works, a food court containing 10 upscale, fast-food restaurants with a 750-seat eating area overlooking the atrium’s ground floor.
Cultural, recreational and entertainment facilities include a children’s theater, Whitaker Center arts, science and iMax facility, the Gingerbread Man Restaurant and a fitness center. Also directly connected to the complex is the Hilton Harrisburg, featuring 341 guest rooms and extensive meeting space hosting more than 200,000 guests annually.
Strawberry Square is part of the campus for Harrisburg University of Science and Technology and home to Temple University, Harrisburg.
