Sean Andersen of Six Flags joins Digital Signage Association Board

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The digital signage Association has announced the addition of Sean Andersen to its Advisory Board. Andersen is the director of interactive services for theme-park operator Six Flags, based in New York City. Earlier last year, Six Flags launched Six Flags Television, an interactive outdoor television network.
“Sean is a great addition to our Advisory Board,” said David Drain, executive director of the digital signage Association. “He and his company have implemented an innovative media network within their parks to entertain and engage their guests. His experience will help the Association better understand and serve the needs of other organizations that are looking to implement digital signage effectively.”
The digital signage Association now has over 220 members and a 38-member Advisory Board, which will hold its next meeting on February 24, 2009 in Las Vegas in conjunction with the digital signage Expo.
