I4U News: Samsung has announced that it has developed the world’s first Blue Phase panel technology that allows it to achieve a 240Hz driving speed for high-speed video. The Blue Phase LCD panel will provides viewers with more natural on-screen motion. The design of the Blue Phase panel is called extremely cost efficient and Samsung says that the Blue Phase panels don’t require liquid crystal alignment layers like today’s most widely used LCD modes.
