Waiting Room Promotions, which equips medical offices with state-of-the-art electronic digital signage (EDS) and corresponding programming, has signed on with rVue, a venue for DOOH advertising exchange and aggregation.
Waiting Room Promotions creates informational and entertainment content for both national and local brands, geared towards patients in healthcare offices. The company is an extension of Uniko Manufacturing, a 30-year-old sign and display manufacturing company, and reports that it has access to more than 200 screens, with an anticipated growth of 200 additional screens per quarter in 2010.
Last month, Argo launched its next generation version of rVue, which connects digital out-of-home networks with a list of advertising agencies and media planners looking to reach targeted consumers. Argo said that the development has generated a second quarter, six-figure digital media buy through the platform by a leading provider and innovator of eye care services, with an anticipated result of more than nine million impressions.
