ESSEX, England — Remote Media has teamed up with Media Plus International to enable advertisers to deploy media assets to its signagelive digital signage networks straight from the Advantage media sales platform.
“We are delighted to integrate signagelive with Advantage, the SaaS Media Sales solution from Media Plus International, creating a best-of-breed platform for digital signage advertising networks,” Jason Cremins, Remote Media chief executive, said. “Many digital signage software companies have incorporated Media Sales’ functionality within their platforms without understanding the requirements of digital signage. Advantage has been developed by out-of-home media owners who understand the exact requirements to promote and sell media on both traditional and digital media networks.”
Advantage is the first third-party program to utilize the new signagelive Planning Application Programming Interface (PAPI). The signagelive PAPI enables integration and synchronization of media schedules, campaigns and media originating from third-party applications. In addition, the signagelive PAPI provides comprehensive “as-run” compliance reporting, ensuring every instance of a media playback is captured and available for analysis. “With the addition of the Advantage Media Sales solution to our 57-inch Digital 4-sheet and new 70-inch Digital 6-sheet, we now have a comprehensive digital out-of-home platform for both established and new media owners,” Cremins said.
