Reflect Systems, a provider of digital media solutions to retailers, will join with Microsoft Corp. at the National Retail Federation’s Annual Convention in New York Jan. 10-13, 2010 to show the latest in-store digital retailing solutions based on Microsoft software. Reflect Systems will demonstrate the newest capabilities of the ReflectView digital media software suite, including support for multi-touch interactivity and dynamic content using the rich graphics capabilities of Windows 7, in Microsoft booth No. 836.
ReflectView is used to power in-store digital media for leading retail brands, including Best Buy, GameStop, Target, and Verizon Wireless. Reflect Systems announced this year that total active digital displays powered by ReflectView have surpassed the 175,000 milestone. From digital signage for merchandising to interactive applications and point of service systems, ReflectView is used to ensure delivery and execution for rich media messaging in retail environments.
“We’re pleased with the success we’ve shared with our customers and partners, and with the increasing use of digital media in retail to affect positive merchandising results and improved customer experiences,” said Matt Schmitt, CEO of Reflect Systems. “The new capabilities in ReflectView provide retailers with even greater control over precisely targeted, timely messaging that drives results.”
“Retailers are currently seeking innovative and cost-efficient ways to enhance the shopping experience and improve the way they interact with customers in the store,” said David Gruehn, U.S. retail industry solutions director, Microsoft Corp. “ReflectView, using the latest Microsoft software, is a great demonstration of how interactive technology can assist retailers in creating more effective and relevant digital experiences and in-store promotions to encourage customer loyalty and sales.”
