In addition, IBM’s has just introduced Provision’s HL40D system, with Air Touch, into their Innovation Lab, in Bentonville, Ark. The plan is to execute a 90-day pilot program to see how Provision’s technology fits into future roll out plans for IBM and their retailers.
“IBM is a blue-chip partner in every sense of the word,” said Provision CEO Curt Thornton. “We can create extraordinary opportunities together in a variety of areas including brand building, advertising and promotion.”
Last month IBM showcased another HL40D system with Air Touch at its booth at the National Retail Federation show in January.
