Oslo mall installs ONELAN wayfinding digital signage

The Linderud Senter in Oslo, Norway, wanted an advertising system with low maintenance costs that would replace its paper signage. ONELAN’s digital signage system, the Net-Top Box (NTB), was chosen by the mall to run multi-zone screens for advertising, as well as touch-sensitive wayfinding applications.

The Linderud Senter has installed three NTB 5000s for the touch-enabled wayfinding function and one NTB 5000 to run ads on three double-sided 46-inch LCDs.

Irene Karstad, Linderud Senter’s manager, was very pleased that the system gave her the ability to automatically schedule messages by date and time, especially during the holidays.

“One of the stores in Linderud Senter registered a visitor increase of 50 percent from one week to the next when their commercial was shown on the signboards” Karstad said.
