ONELAN announces Japanese distributor of new media player line

ONELAN announced today that it has signed up Peercom as its new distributor in Japan. PeerCom, Inc. is a private company established in 2003 in Tokyo to sell computer and communication hardware.

The company also announced the release of two small form factor PCs, the Century NTB500-P & NTB500-S. Using less than 12 watts each, ONELAN says these products are designed to be more green alternatives for digital signage content playback. They are also capable of landscape or portrait multi-zone multi-media playout and suitable for playout of Flash and PowerPoint content. The Century NTB500 is designed for applications where the media player will be mounted behind the screen.
