NetFaze provides digital guest orientation for Harrah's hotels, casinos

LAS VEGAS — NetFaze Technologies, provider of neTVizon PCTV digital signage displays and kiosks, has announced  that Harrah’s Entertainment Hotels & Casinos, specifically The Rio, Paris and Bally’s Hotels & Casino properties, have begun installing a full suite of NetFaze’s interactive technology for wayfinding and ad revenue generation.

Rio, Paris and Bally’s will now be using neTVizon PCTV to help guests and visitors navigate efficiently and locate the broad choice of onsite amenities, as well as generate advertising revenue to help offset the cost of the installation. The creative department has developed a “Virtual Interactive Map” with a user-friendly interface, that provides information about all the hotels, stores, restaurants, lounges, shows and gaming opportunities. The content is displayed on 32-inch and 42-inch PCTV kiosks.

NetFaze’s removable PC-Blade also allows Harrah’s Entertainment greater efficiency in providing support for individual locations around the property as well as significantly limiting the down time associated with other types of networked installations.

Each neTVizon PCTV has a touchscreen that enables guests to be actively engaged in learning about and finding amenities that Rio, Bally’s and Paris has to offer, while being exposed to advertising and promotions consistent with the guest experience. Powerful visual imagery provides virtual tours of the property and reviews the variety of dining and entertainment choices in all areas of the resort.
