Neo Media Group has accelerated its development plans in Asia with the opening of an office in Jakarta. The office will operate Neo Advertising’s first project in the country, the Mall of Indonesia, and also explore new opportunities for growth.
Located in North Jakarta, The Mall of Indonesia is a unique lifestyle entertainment mall for families and urban middle class. Seventy large LCD displays will be positioned in strategic areas.
“This expansion follows the establishment of Neo Advertising China and confirms Neo Advertising’s commitment to the Asian region,” said Christian Vaglio-Giors, CEO of Neo Media Group. “Neo Advertising is one of the first DOOH players to expand into Indonesia, an emerging market with strong growth potential, especially in the DOOH sector.”
The opening of the office follows a joint venture agreement with Juara, a local creative agency that signed on Nov. 4. “By combining Neo advertising’s digital-out-of-home expertise and Juara local contacts and media knowledge, we are building a strong foundation for Neo Advertising success in Indonesia,” said Bernaldi Pamuntjak, managing director for Juara.
Neo Advertising Indonesia will operate as an independent branch reporting directly to Neo Media Group Asia.
