Nanonation expands mobile media, unveils new hospitality solutions

LINCOLN, Neb. — Nanonation announced a partnership with Impact Mobile to deliver a variety of mobile media solutions to the hospitality and retail markets.

The partnership enables Nanonation to integrate a variety of mobile applications into digital signage and kiosk networks. The applications enable consumers to interact with digital screens via standard text messaging to create new and engaging customer experiences.

The solution leverages Nanonation’s award-winning enterprise software platform for the content delivery, management and measurement of the screens with Impact Mobile’s mobile media technology and applications.

The company also announced that it will showcase its next generation of hospitality solutions at the upcoming HITEC Show, June 17-19, in Austin, Texas. The exhibit will focus on technology innovations that enhance guest experiences to drive revenues and differentiate offerings.

At the forefront of the exhibit will be Nanonation’s software platform, which has been designed from the ground up to deliver a variety of interactive applications from kiosks to digital signage to in-room concierge and entertainment services. These applications offer media-rich user experiences combined with a sophisticated data engine to integrate and leverage a variety of media and information sources to create unique services for guests.

The solutions enable hotels, cruise lines and other hospitality businesses to deliver targeted marketing messages and intelligent guest services throughout a property and across the enterprise. Attendees will view how Nanonation’s software can be integrated with PMS, CRM, and other data and media services to leverage and extend offerings. Stations will be set-up to demonstrate Nanonation’s CommandPoint tools to monitor, manage and measure enterprise deployments. The exhibit will also feature a variety of demonstrations of client work and a preview of future functionality and user interface enhancements to its platform.

New items that will be demonstrated include:

  • Guest-driven digital signage and touch screen solutions
  • digital signage and digital audio solutions for management of the property experience
  • Self-service applications for guests and employees
  • User interface and functionality enhancements to Nanonation’s software platform
