Genr8 Media ad content expands to Africa

SYDNEY, Australia — Genr8 Digital Media has announced its expansion in Africa through a 12-month contract with Kenyan company Swivel Media. Gener8 will supply interstitials, pages of ads displayed before an expected content page, for Swivel’s online and digital signage content.

Finalized on March 28, 2008, and effective from the first selection of interstitials, this deal allows Swivel Media to select 12 minutes of mixed content from Genr8 Digital Media’s clip library on a monthly basis.

“We are currently experiencing a boom in enquiries regarding Genr8’s content from African territories,” said international content sales manager Will Penney. “Genr8’s capacity to offer a huge variety of clips from a range of genres across all new media is proving highly attractive to the global market.”
