LENEXA, Kan. — On the heels of Keywest Technology’s reorganization of its MediaXtreme products into two distinct lines — MediaXtreme Signage and MediaXtreme Broadcast — the company has announced the reason for the move is to deliver flexibility to two distinct types of users.
“Keywest Technology’s new MediaXtreme Signage lineup is all about flexibility,” said company president Nick Nichols. “It delivers a wide variety of products and services geared toward giving customers the flexibility to select the components, software and service options they need to meet their specific needs.”
MediaXtreme Signage gives customers a la carte selection of the hardware, software and support options they need to meet their specific requirements.
MediaXtreme Broadcast is the other newly announced MediaXtreme line. As a totally turnkey automated playout server for the CATV, IPTV, and PEG markets, MediaXtreme Broadcast offers all of the functionality and features needed to program, playout and manage audio, video, graphics, text and logos in support of channel playback. MediaXtreme Broadcast support options are tailored to the needs of the broadcast market.
MediaXtreme Broadcast offers flexibility in I/O configurations to meet specific user requirements and works with a wide variety of add-ons to meet the need of local-origination channel control.
