London —The Imperative Group, an independent digital out-of-home (DOOH) development agency, announced today that it has expanded to include “some of the most talented and experienced practitioners in the retail, media and mobile marketing sectors,” by adding five new associates.

Imperative says the new associates add value and will make it easier for customers in the investment, media and marketing, retail and mobile media communities “to make better business decisions on the adoption, use and commerciality of digital media by accessing some of the best independent advice available today.”

In North America, LocaModa founder and CEO Stephen Randall has joined Imperative as a social media, mobile technology and product strategist.
