FREMONT, Calif. — Dynasign and CSI Inc., a national field services and installation company, jointly announced the immediate availability of digital signage Services Suite (DSSS), a portfolio of professional and field services developed exclusively for digital signage service providers and operators across the United States.
“Service providers today are faced with significant challenges before, during and after a digital signage services launch,” said John D. Fraticelli, chief executive of CSI. “These challenges range from managing multiple vendors, negotiating service agreements, supply chain and logistical issues, to the timely scheduling of electrical, installation and repair services. The digital signage Services Suite is comprised of the following services: product sourcing, project management, network design, inbound/outbound call center and dispatch services, site surveys, pre-staging/fulfillment, kitting, remote warehousing, electrical, installation services, break/fix maintenance and RMA services. Product financing and content development services also are available.
