DSE: Omnivex Moxie heads to Digital Signage Expo as an APEX finalist

Omnivex Corp., a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and provider of enterprise software for digital signage networks, will be exhibiting at the digital signage Expo at the Las Vegas Convention Center, February 24 – 25, 2010.
Omnivex will be featuring its award-winning Moxie software, demonstrating real-life examples of the many ways the software can be used in different industries. Examples include multi-PC synchronization for video walls, location-based content triggered by GPS coordinates and user-defined preferences and dynamic interactive wayfinding.

The newest version of Moxie (6.04) will be on display in the New Products Pavilion. Working with Microsoft Windows 7, Moxie offers enhanced features and functionality by taking advantage of the new video processing capabilities, thereby delivering a stronger ROI to customers. It also allows users to easily move into 64-bit deployment when the time is right.

Last year Omnivex Moxie won the prestigious DIGI Award for the Best New Premise-based Content Management Software. Moxie software delivers rich, contextual media to all types of audiences, dramatically increasing signage effectiveness while lowering associated operating costs. The software determines what to present on the screen based on internal and external information. Moxie offers secure encryption, permissions and authentication.

This year two Omnivex customers, Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment and the Portland Trail Blazers, have been named as 2010 APEX Award finalists. Winners will be announced on February 24 during a ceremony at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas.
