ATLANTA, Ga. — digital signage Expo has announced that its February show in Las Vegas drew more than 3,400 attendees — a 70 percent increase over the May 2007.
“Not only did the expanded Pre-Conference Live Installation Tour sell out, but exhibitors are so pleased with attendee response that they have already reserved more floor space for the February 25-26, ’09 Las Vegas show, which we expect will be 56 percent larger,” said Chris Gibbs, executive vice president of ExpoNation LLC, which produces digital signage Expo. “We had a dozen new companies sign up for next year right on the floor.”
Exhibitors were ebullient about the amount of qualified leads, quote requests and booth traffic that they saw.
“The first day we got double the booth traffic that we’ve gotten at this or at any other show,” said Scala’s Dick Trask, director of public relations.
