Canadian telco inks digital signage deal with Stratacache

According to the Dayton (Ohio) Daily News, Dayton-based Stratacache recently signed an agreement with Canadian telecommunications carrier Telus to partner on providing digital signage services across Canada.

According to the Daily news, the deal couples Stratacache’s digital signage software with Telus’ national Canadian wireless network to create a digital signage and broadcasting service that will allow businesses to run digital signage displays and adjust the digitial signage content via a wireless interface through Telus’ 4G network.

Telus is a national telecommunications company in Canada, with $10.1 billion of annual revenue and 12.4 million customer connections.
