digital signage Today got word last week that Brad Gleeson, formerly with ActiveLight, CoolSign and Targetpath, has become CEO of a new company called Digital Displays LLC. He also announced the company will purchase the assets of Vertigo Group, a manufacturer of outdoor digital signage systems.
Gleeson wrote:
The offer to purchase the assets of Vertigo Group’s digital division by Digital Displays LLC, a new company under CEO Brad Gleeson (previously VP/GM of Coolsign and CEO of ActiveLight), has been accepted. Pending closing, a new company tentatively to be called Vertigo Digital Displays has been formed to continue to design and sell integrated indoor and outdoor digital display solutions. Additional details will be provided after the closing which is anticipated to occur by Oct. 21.
