Black Box introduces multimedia integrator program for digital signage

Black Box Corporation has announced the launch of its Advanced Multimedia Integrator Program (AMIP) to allow system integrators more access to multimedia and digital signage products.

Integrators enrolled in the program can take advantage of volume-based discounts on many Black Box products.   Special integrator pricing, which is good through Dec. 31, 2009, applies to select SKUs listed in the company’s new digital signage Solutions catalog.   One of the signature products in the AMIP is iCOMPEL, the company’s new line of plug-and-play, network-manageable digital signage appliances. These devices help end users create professional-looking signage for lobbies, waiting rooms, storefronts, or tradeshow booths.

“More and more businesses see the value and want digital signage,” says Diane Magin, Black Box reseller channel manager. “This program will help integrators provide a comprehensive solution to meet their customers’ needs. Everyone wants digital signage these days. And for good reason: It gets results, even in a tough economy. It can provide a quick return on investment by increasing sales, cross-selling, upselling, and advertising. digital signage also improves communications with employees and the public.”

Under the program, integrators may also receive product training, design and engineering support, qualified sales leads for their areas, and proof-of-concept demonstration products in support of large projects or national rollouts.
