1-2-1VIEW to showcase viewer validation tech at GlobalShop 2008

HONG KONG — 1-2-1VIEW will showcase its Linux-based digital signage system in the United States for the first time at GlobalShop 2008, which will be held March18-20 in Chicago.

1-2-1VIEW’s booth will be located within the At-Retail Marketplace and will feature a full demo of the company’s Web-based management system as well as the new InterFace Viewer Validation technology which tracks quantity and duration of viewership in real time across a digital signage network.

Operating with most common webcam brands, InterFace is fully integrated with 1-2-1VIEW’s turnkey hardware/software digital signage system and requires no separate hardware set up.

It allows cross-referencing of viewership data with playlist and reporting data to provide network operators and advertisers crucial decision-making tools to increase network and advertising effectiveness.

Also on display at the booth will be the latest addition to 1-2-1VIEW’s portfolio of media players, the Ninja N406. The N406 supports resolutions from 800×600 to high-definition 1920x1080i.

The Ninja N406 weighs in at just 1.6kg and can display information updates in both real-time and pre-stored. It also supports multi-zoning with different content which can be controlled through 1-2-1VIEW’s Web-based management software.
